Membership Requirement

RAA Membership is required to attend the RAA Annual Convention. Associate Membership is $650.00 per calendar year. For more details please visit the RAA website. To check on your membership status please email Scott Gordon.

Note: For your convenience anyone is able to register for the convention. Your 2008 dues must be received before the convention to receive your badge.

Registration Costs

• Full Registration: $400.00 thru April 12, 2008

• Full Registration: $450.00 after April 12, 2008

• Single Day Registration: $200.00*

• Additional Evening Event Tickets: $125.00

• Golf Registration: $125.00**

*Single day registrants must purchase a separate ticket to attend the evening event
**Full registration is required to participate in the golf tournament.

Registration Instructions

1. Click on the link above.

2. The first page will give you the option to register or check you registration status.

3. The second page will collect your information.

4. On the third page please select the type of registration you are purchasing, the number of additional evening event tickets (one included with full registration), and select if you are going to play in the golf tournament. You also have the option to contribute to the RAA Foundation.

5. The fourth page is a confirmation page. You have not registered yet. Please review your infomation, and select register another if you would like to register another person from your company. You must select continue to be directed to the payment page.

6. The final page is the payment page. Please enter your information and select submit to complete your registration. A confirmation letter will be emailed to you.

Hotel Information

The Indianapolis Marriott Downtown and the Indianapolis Westin are the official RAA hotels.

To date, the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown and the Indianapolis Westin are sold out of the RAA room block.  As we work to acquire more rooms, please contact the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown at 317-822-3500 or the Indianapolis Westin at 317-262-8100 as cancellations with in our block occur frequently. We recommend that you make a back up reservation until you have been guaranteed a room in the Marriott or Westin.
