Exhibitor Attendee Registration

Complimentary Registration
Each booth receives a number of complimentary exhibit area only registrations based on the size of their booth. Each company exhibiting will also receive one ticket to the evening event. This ticket will be assigned to one person during the registration process. The number of complimentary tickets per booth size is:
100+ square feet: 3 complimentary exhibit only registrations + 1 evening event ticket
400+ square feet: 4 exhibit only complimentary registrations + 1 evening event ticket
600+ square feet: 5 exhibit only complimentary registrations + 1 evening event ticket
1000+ square feet: 6 exhibit only complimentary registrations + 1 evening event ticket

Additional or Full Registrations: $250.00 thru April 12, 2008

Additional or Full Registrations: $300.00 after April 12, 2008
Additional Evening Event Tickets: $125.00

Golf Registration: $125.00*
*Full registration is required to participate in the golf tournament.

The first page will give you a drop down list of exhibiting companies. This list is updated weekly, if you do not see your company, please contact Courtney Mesmer at (202) 367-2381. The password is established by the first person to use your account. If you forgot your password, the "forgot password" link will email the password to the person who established the password.
The second page will is for your company contact person. This is not registering a person. This is the information used to contact your company.
The third page is where you will register each of your exhibitors. Please note the instructions at the top of this page. If a person is not registered on this page, they will not be associated with your exhibiting company.

The fourth page is a confirmation page. You have not registered yet. Please review your infomation and select continue to the payment page.

Hotel Information
The Indianapolis Marriott Downtown and the Indianapolis Westin are the official RAA hotels.
To date, the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown and the Indianapolis Westin are sold out of the RAA room block. As we work to acquire more rooms, please contact the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown at 317-822-3500 or the Indianapolis Westin at 317-262-8100 as cancellations with in our block occur frequently. We recommend that you make a back up reservation until you have been guaranteed a room in the Marriott or Westin. Other hotels that are connected to the Indiana Convention Center via skywalk and have availability over the RAA Convention dates are: Hyatt Regency Indianapolis Indianapolis Crowne Plaza Hotel Union Station
