Golf Hole Sponsorship ($1800)
RAA reserves the right to limit golf-hole sponsorships. Sponsoring a golf hole guarantees the sponsor two player spaces in the tournament and waives the golf registration fee for those players. One priority point will be awarded to each golf hole sponsor. Sponsors will be allowed to display one sign at their assigned hole. Prospective golf-hole sponsors will be awarded golf holes on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment must be made prior to golf hole assignment. This form must be completed and returned with payment to sponsor a golf hole.
You will receive confirmation of your golf hole sponsorship, as well as your hole assignment (with course layout) from Diana Lundie. Included with these materials will be a form to designate your two confirmed players for the tournament. THIS FORM MUST BE USED TO DESIGNATE YOUR CONFIRMED PLAYERS.

Registration Pack/Door Prize Donations
All prize pack and door prize items must be received by Champion Nationwide by Wednesday May 2, 2008. Champion Nationwide will transport prizes and registration pack material to Indianapolis for the tournament. All golf tournament donors and sponsors will be recognized for their contributions.
