Purchasing Forum

Open only to Exhibitors and Airline Purchasing Representatives.

Be sure to act now to ensure your participation in the 2008 RAA Purchasing Forum. Scheduled to take place from 8:30am - 12:30pm on Thursday, May 8, 2008, this is a unique opportunity for exhibiting companies to meet face-to-face with your ideal audience - the airlines! Don't miss this opportunity to meet one-on-one with decision-makers from top regional airlines such as American Eagle, ExpressJet, Comair, Atlantic Southeast Airlines, Mesaba, Air Wisconsin, and many more!

The RAA Associate Member Council has developed a forum that combines attending the Annual Convention "trade show," and airline-vendor meetings - providing even more opportunities to showcase your products and services. Airline purchasing representatives attending this seminar will participate in the following activities on Thursday, May 8:

8:30 AM - 12:30 PM...............Airline/vendor meetings (10-minute sessions)

*Note: this year the Purchasing Forum will be in the general session area in the hall so that it may run in conjunction with hall hours.

Each exhibitor participating in the Purchasing Forum will have an opportunity to meet with at least three (3) regional airline purchasing and/or maintenance representatives for 10 minutes during the afternoon airline/vendor meetings.

If you are exhibiting at the 2008 Convention and want to participate in the Purchasing Forum, please complete the form below and return it to RAA by March 28, 2008, with your completed exhibitor contract and check for exhibitor fees. Please contact Jerry Schumacher/US Technical, Chairman of the Associate Member Council Purchasing Forum Committee, at (714) 446-1920 ext. 222 with any questions.
