While the recession has devastated the balance sheets of most big network airlines, smaller regional airlines everywhere are often finding new opportunities as their airplanes are pressed into service on routes formerly flown by the big guys with the big jets.
-David Grossman, USA Today, November 13, 2009

RAA’s regional airline carriers are responsible for more than half of all departures in the United States.  As more and more routes are “downsized” to more efficient aircraft operated by regional carriers, there are even more opportunities for regional airline suppliers and services.  The RAA 2010 Annual Convention will bring you face-to-face with key decision-makers from regional airlines – the fastest growing segment of commercial aviation.
Many companies are looking to reduce expenses for 2010.  Consider what you would spend to personally visit each of our member airlines…at RAA they come to you.  As you think about your marketing budget for 2010, I wanted to share some interesting information that was recently published.
According to a new Oxford Economics study, The Return on Investment of US Business Travel there is clear evidence to support a link between travel and company growth.
The study found that:

  •     40% of prospective customers are converted to new customers with an in-person meeting.
  •     Up to 20% of a company’s new customers are the result of trade-show participation
  •     Trade-show participation return on investments range from $4.00-$5.99 per dollar invested.

Whether you are looking to expand your business or maintain relationships with your existing customers, the RAA Convention is the perfect show for any size company.

Don’t let our convention attendees – more than 1,200 airline and aviation industry executives – wonder where you are. Sign up now to take your place in the Exhibit Hall at the Regional Airline Association 2010 Annual Convention in Milwaukee! You’ll find no other exhibitor opportunity this year to be more valuable or affordable than RAA’s Annual Convention.
In our Exhibit Hall, you will have the opportunity to meet CEOs and business leaders who make the buying decisions for North America’s regional airlines, and many senior network airline executives as well. In addition, you are invited to participate in RAA’s Purchasing Forum, for one-on-one meetings with airline purchasing and business executives.

Most importantly, RAA is a terrific value with no increase registration fees for 2010. RAA is again providing a variety of booth options to allow you to customize your display to best emphasize your company's importance to the regional airline industry.   More than half the exhibit space has already been sold!  Reserve your space today to ensure that you maximize your potential at the largest regional aviation show in North America!
