Convention season is a very busy time for all of our exhibitors, and we want to make sure that nothing falls through the cracks. We hope the following checklist will be helpful as we prepare for the RAA Convention in Minneapolis. If this is your first time exhibiting at the RAA show, we think this will be especially helpful!

Have you paid your membership dues?
Please make sure that your company’s membership dues are up to date. The dues cycle begins on January 1. For renewals, your company representative can login to update company listing, print off an invoice and pay dues online. Forgot your login and/or password? Have it automatically generated by clicking here. RAA exhibitors must be associate members in order to exhibit. **Does not apply If you are taking advantage of the first time exhibitor or AAAE promotion.

Have you received your Exhibitor Service Kit?
An electronic Exhibitor Service Kit will be emailed to the exhibit contact listed on your contract. This kit will provide you with information on ordering carpet, freight shipments, food & beverage, etc in the Exhibit Hall. RAA is pleased to announce that our longtime decorator Champion Exposition Services is now part of Freeman, our decorator for 2012. If you do not receive an exhibitor service kit by March 1, please contact us. Please note that carpet is mandatory for all booths on the show floor. Please familiarize yourself with the Official RAA Convention Rules and Regulations.

Have you registered your attendees for the show?

Exhibitor registration is now open. Please take the time to register your booth personnel and other attendees from your company for the upcoming RAA Annual Convention. Exhibiting companies receive discounted registrations for attendees. You must register your exhibit staff for badges in order to gain access to the Exhibit Hall. Don’t forget to to sign up for the RAA Golf Tournament and purchase additional Wednesday Evening Celebration Event tickets too!

Companies that have not paid for their booths in full as of yet please be aware that you will be receiving invoices for all remaining balances in mid-April.
