All mainline and regional airline employees are welcome to attend the RAA Convention at no cost. (You will be required to show your airlne badge at Registration on-site.)

Non-members are allowed to attend the RAA Convention. Non-Member Registration is for the Exhibit Hall only. Non-Members will not be eligible to register for golf, and must purchase a ticket to attend the Wednesday Evening Celebration Event ($150). Exhibitor Registration Information:
Exhibitors at the RAA Convention enjoy a host of exclusive benefits and discounts on registration. Exhibiting companies must register their booth personnel as a group or contact registration directly to make changes to existing registrations.
If you are an exhibitor and your name does NOT appear in the drop down menu in registration, it is because your company has not been uploaded to the registration system. It can take up 10 business days from when your contract is processed by our exhibits staff.
All Exhibitors receive a minimum of (3) Complimentary Registrations + 1 Evening Event ticket. There is no penalty for name changes once you register your staff. The main exhibit contact will receive a special email with a password to use on the exhibitor Registration page.
Booth Size Complimentary Registrations
100+ square feet: 3 complimentary registrations + 1 evening event ticket
400+ square feet: 4 complimentary registrations + 1 evening event ticket
600+ square feet: 5 complimentary registrations + 1 evening event ticket
1000+ square feet: 6 complimentary registrations + 1 evening event ticket
Additional Exhibitor Registrations:
Exhibitor Registration: $250.00 thru April 20, 2012
Exhibitor Registration: $300.00 after April 20, 2012
Additional Evening Event Tickets: $125.00 Golf Tournament: $150.00 (a maximum of 2 participants per company unless you are a Golf Hole sponsor; you can request to be added to the waiting list for available slots once the registration deadline has passed)
RAA does not offer complimentary guest passes. Companies that invite clients to visit them during the show need to register those individuals.
Complimentary Exhibitor Registrations for Booth personnel entitles person to attend all public events during the annual conference (i.e. – Tuesday Opening Reception, Wednesday Luncheon, Thursday Breakfast). This badge does not include access to the evening event. In order to attend the evening event, booth personnel must purchase a separate Evening Celebration event ticket.
FREE PREVIEW THURSDAY! On Thursday morning during Exhibit Hall Hours (9-11:00am), the show will be open, free of charge, to the general public. We encourage you to invite local business associates to walk the hall on Thursday morning. Registration for the Thursday Preview will be on-site at the Registration desk.
ALL EXHIBITORS WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL NOTIFICATION WHEN REGISTRATION IS OPEN. Exhibitors who have contracts processed by Friday at noon of each week, will be notified to register their booth staff by Tuesday of the following week.
