Infomation on attending a DOT forum on the new rule:
The forum will take place on Tuesday, June 3, 2008, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Washington Plaza Hotel, at 10 Thomas Circle, NW in Washington, D.C. A special group rate of $201 (plus applicable taxes) applies to our reserved block of 100 rooms on both June 2 and 3, and the hotel will honor the group rate three days prior to and after these dates, based on room availability. You may contact the reservations department by telephone at 202-482-1300 or 800-424-1140, or book reservations online by going to http://www.washingtonplazahotel.com/. If calling to make a hotel reservation, please reference DOT Forum 2008. If you are booking reservations online, then be sure to enter the attendee/group code # 6509. Reservations must be made by May 16, 2008, for the group rate of $201 (Note; we are currently checking to see if this room rate is available beyond May 16th).
