RAA Associate Member Information

Who is eligible for RAA Associate Membership?

Associate Membership is for any company who manufacturers, supplies or services the regional airline industry in the United States and around the world.  Many companies also join RAA because they do business or would like to take advantage of the B2B opportunities at the RAA Annual Convention.

My company is owned by an RAA Associate Member, will I need a separate membership to participate as a convention Exhibitor or receive discounted registration?

RAA handles these situations on a case by case basis.  If your parent company is exhibiting, then you would need a separate membership to also exhibit.  With these special cases, only only one company will be listed in the RAA Associate Member Directory. 

I'm new to my company, how can I find out if my we are a member?

You can search for your company here.  If you don't see your company, please email Staci Morgan with your company name and see if your company's membership has just lapsed or if you need to join as a new member. 

What is the RAA Associate Membership dues cycle?

RAA membership is based on the calendar year.  The cycle is always January 1-December 31.  There is a 2 month grace period to renew your dues before your membership lapses.  New members joining in December will automatically have their dues applied to the next calendar year.  There is no pro-rated membership.

I logged in to my company account but I get a message that says my account is suspended.  How can I reinstate my account?

If your account is suspended it means that your dues have either not been closed out for the year or that your membership has lapsed.  Please email Staci Morgan to check your status and reactivate your account.

I keep entering the email address I think is associated with our account and I can't generate a new password.  Can you tell me who the account is associated with or send me our login information?

Yes, Please email Staci Morgan with your company name and she will send you the most recent login information and a password reset.

What is the RAA Company Representative? 

The RAA Company Representative is the main contact your company wishes to have listed in our directory.  Typically, it will be the President, sales manager, or VP of Sales/Marketing who is listed but it varies by company.

Our sales director/President is our RAA Company Representative, but I handle the updating of our records and paying dues.  Can you switch the invoicing to my email address without changing the company representative information listed for our company?

Absolutely!  When we set up our website in 2014, we bulk uploaded all the company representatives into the system and associated their email address with the admin of the account.   We know that it's typically not the same person who maintains the account and we can switch the user name and email to log in.  We would ask that you please make sure to fill out the Company Representative Information in your profile if it is someone other than yourself.

What is Regional Horizons and the RAA Annual Report?  Are members automatically subscribed to both?


Can Associate Members submit press releases to the RAA publications for consideration for publication?

Yes, RAA encourages Associate Members to send us your good news! 

Why can't I access the Members Only section of the RAA website?

Currently, the RAA Members Only section is available only to the RAA Airline Committees.
