Summer Seminars
The Regional Airline Association is excited to announce the return to our in-person Summer Seminars July 16-18, 2023 in San Antonio, Texas, at the beautiful St. Anthony Hotel. Please book your hotel by June 23 to receive discounted room rate!
The event will kick off with a Welcome Reception on the evening of Sunday, July 16th. Seminars will begin the morning of Monday, July 17th and conclude in the afternoon of Tuesday, July 18th.
The Regional Airline Association organizes the Summer Seminars to meet the professional development of airline professionals. The event provides subject matter expert briefings and peer discussions that are essential to keep new and veteran management current on the latest legal guidelines and best practices in the areas of Human Resources, Inflight/Cabin Services and Drug & Alcohol Testing programs. Registration for this event is intended for airline inflight, HR, and drug & alcohol representatives and RAA invited guests.
RAA has partnered with Vault to host a Designated Employer Representative (DER) Certification Course. Summer Seminars attendees will have the option to attend this free DER Certification Course on Tuesday, July 18th from 1:30 PM- 5:30 PM. At the end of the DER course, participants will have the tools necessary to run a DOT compliant drug and alcohol program. If you wish to attend, please opt-in on your registration form.

Hotel Information
RAA’s reserved block of rooms at The St. Anthony, a Luxury Collection Hotel, San Antonio, located at 300 East Travis Street, is now full. However, reservations at the hotel are still available at the regular nightly room rate. When making your reservation, please take into consideration that the Seminars will begin with a Welcome Reception on the evening of Sunday, July 16th, and conclude in the afternoon on July 18th. For those planning on attending the optional DER Certification course from 1:30 PM- 5:30 PM on Tuesday, July 18th, limited rooms will be available for extended stay.
